The Footloose star promises to deliver plenty of scares on Kevin Williamson's still-untitled serial killer thriller for Fox. Bacon stars as an FBI agent who is put back on the clock after a serial killer (played by Rome's James Purefoy) he caught years earlier escapes to resume his wicked ways.
