Neither Kristen Stewart nor Robert Pattinson will grace the final four Twilight Saga fan conventions, a spokesperson for the twihard gatherings has confirmed.

"We will have a super line-up of other Twilight stars and the weekend will be filled with special events, movie prop and costume displays, contests, panels, auctions, parties, exclusive merchandise, music and much more, including some surprises!," explained Creation Entertainment, in an attempt to put their best spin on the bad news.

"The passion and dedication of Twilight fandom has been amazing and we're out to throw one last giant convention, a final gathering to see old friends that have made up the Twilight family."

Surprisingly, Taylor Lautner has also opted out of the fan fests scheduled to take place in Texas, Michigan, New Jersey and California in the weeks leading up to the November 16 release of Breaking Dawn Part II.

No reason has been given for the stars pulling out, but it's not hard to guess why RPatz and KStew might wanna steer clear of eachother publicly for as long as they can.

Rob has been making the rounds for his film Cosmopolis, but Kristen has been MIA since her cheating scandal with Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders was discovered last month.
