Report: Demi Checks Into Rehab
February 04, 2012
Demi Moore has checked into an addiction treatment center in Sundance, Utah, according to a report.
E! News says that the embattled star has checked into the Cirque Lodge, an upscale facility whose past clients have reportedly included Lindsay Lohan, Eva Mendes and Mary-Kate Olsen.
A source in the facility tells E! that the 49-year-old actress, who recently split from hubby Ashton Kutcher, is being treated for both an eating disorder and addiction issues: "She's on total lockdown and only talking to a small group of people," says the rehab source.
Demi Moore 911 Call: The Details
The report comes on the heels of news that Demi's daughter Tallulah Willis celebrated her 18th birthday in style on Friday at ex-husband Bruce Willis Beverly Hills estate.
Demi was rushed to the hospital on January 23 after she suffered seizure-like symptoms at her L.A. home and a 911 call was made.
