A 'Dark Knight' Battle: Anne vs. Marion

The Dark Knight Rises' two leading ladies have been making waves for their glamorous premiere dresses, and once again went head-to-head yesterday in London.

In round one, Anne came out victorious, with critics swooning over her low-cut white Prabal Gurung peplum dress in New York. However, they were much less thrilled with Marion Cotillard's frilly Christian Dior number.

But it's safe to say the score is now equal, as Anne's latest Gucci halter gown failed to impress. Not only is this dress shapeless, but the bedazzled collar is also a little tacky, no?

Marion on the other hand, hit it out of the park in yet another Christian Dior number (not surprising given she's one of their spokeswomen), this time an unconventional strapless dress paired with a gold metal waistband which highlighted her flawless figure. Bright red pumps and bold lipstick finished off an overall stunning look.

But what do you think? Is Anne's simplicity still winning you over, or is Marion's trendy vintage look clearly the better of the two?
