After promoting Balenciaga for what seems like forever now (most notably in a pair of crazy pants at this year's Cannes Film Festival), Kristen Stewart's highly anticipated Balenciaga ad has finally been released.

Staying true to form, K Stew puts on a super-serious face for the fashion house's newest perfume Florabotanica, showing off her pale limbs in a yellow floral-printed mini dress from their flower collection.

"I think that's kind of perfect for this particular ad," Stewart tells WWD about her strong stance in the photo. "Usually, a fragrance ad would definitely be like, [striking an exaggerated, sexy lounge pose on the couch]. When I first stood there, I was like, 'OK, do you want me to show the curves of the dress? Do you want me to stand like this? Like that?' And they were like, 'Just be comfortable.'"

And of course, it wouldn't be a Kristen Stewart interview without a few awkward quotes.

The Twilight star says that she's "relieved" that she actually likes the fragrance, essentially admitting that she didn't actually know what she was endorsing until the final product was already brought out.

"I'm very lucky that I like the fragrance, because I would have done anything with [Balenciaga designer Nicolas Ghesquière]," she admitted. "And I'm a terrible liar."

And she's also apparently never worn a fragrance before.

"It's very alive. I think that as a young person wearing it -- considering that I've never worn a scent -- it kind of puts you on this level of, like, 'Whoa, check me out,'" she says about the "natural"-smelling fragrance. "I was never the one wearing my mom's perfume and trying to be sexy. I was like hanging out with my brothers and doing the opposite of that."

Always so edgy and cool!
